Founder & Head Coach
Rob is the founder and head coach of PDC Fitness Club. He combines his passion for fitness, leadership, and community to create high-energy group workouts that inspire people to push their limits and support each other.
Through PDC Fitness Club, Rob has built a growing community where people come together to train, stay accountable, and build stronger habits. His workouts are designed to challenge participants physically while also developing discipline, resilience, and confidence.
Rob strongly believes that physical fitness builds mental strength and helps people succeed in every area of life, from their careers to their relationships and personal goals.
His mission is simple: help people build a powerful routine that improves their health, strengthens their mindset, and creates a supportive community around them.
Super Saturday & Event Host
Mikey combines his passion for fitness, music, and coaching to deliver our community’s Super Sabado Workouts; focused on improving Strength & Endurance, developing Mental GRIT, and helping members to discover their true-potential in real-time.
A life-long Student and “Servant”, Mikey has a genuine passion to transform and improve the lives of everyone around him while exploring, questioning, and challenging the boundaries of our Human Experience.
Mikey is privileged to have delivered 4,000+ Business/Life/Mindset Coaching Sessions to his Clients during his past career as a Certified Coach & Consultant.
As of 03/2026; Mikey has completed 5x 100-Mile/160km Ultra Marathons and 52x 26.2mi/42km Running Events. (and counting…)
Mikey regularly donates his time, energy, and resources to non-profit organizations, churches, and charitable causes.
If he doesn’t answer your call, he’s likely eating something sweet, eating something salty, or sleeping. When he’s not saving the World, Mikey enjoys long romantic walks to the refrigerator.


Strength & Outdoor Fitness Coach
Hi, I’m Oli, a fitness instructor originally from Poland, now living in the Caribbean for the past six years. I’m passionate about bringing people together through movement, whether that’s strength training, yoga, or high-energy outdoor workouts.
My classes are designed to challenge you, build strength, and create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and supported. For me, fitness is about more than just exercise, it’s about building confidence, connecting with others, and enjoying the process of becoming stronger both physically and mentally.
You can expect good vibes, positive energy, and a supportive environment where everyone pushes themselves while lifting each other up.
Yoga Teacher, Author & Mind Mastery Coach
Doron Hanoch is a purpose-driven teacher, author, entrepreneur, and leader with over 30 years of experience in yoga, mind mastery, and holistic wellness.
Throughout his career, Doron has trained and mentored yoga teachers, entrepreneurs, and CEOs around the world, helping people develop clarity, resilience, and deeper awareness through both physical and mental practices.
His system is rooted in traditional yogic wisdom while being guided by modern science. His teaching style is non-dogmatic, efficient, and deeply practical, combining discipline with humor and compassion.
Doron’s goal is not simply to teach yoga poses, it is to help people create a lifestyle built on presence, awareness, and inner strength.


Strength & Conditioning Coach, Thursday Evenings
Pilar was born and raised in Portland, OR and found her love of fitness through her first career dancing on Broadway in New York City. After sustaining overuse injuries from dancing 8 shows/week, physical therapy opened the door to the benefits of functional training to help the body stay at its peak through all stages of life! Pilar became a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) and holds group fitness certifications in bodyART, HIIT, and barre formats. She has privately trained clients from 19 - 93 years of age. Currently, she specializes in remote private training for pre/post natal and peri/post-menopausal women for The Limit (NYC). Pilar also holds a Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary, and before moving to Mexico served as senior minister at All Souls Bethlehem Church in Brooklyn, NY. She believes good health comes with the connection between our bodies, our hearts, and our minds, and that community is key for achieving our health goals! Her mantra is,"every body is different; move the way you can, the best you can, with what you have today - and you'll have a stronger tomorrow.
Abs & Core, Friday Mornings, Events Host
Diko is one of the powerhouse coaches at PDC Fitness Club, bringing contagious energy, deep expertise, and a genuine passion for helping people move better and feel stronger. As a certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Spine & Sports Rehabilitation Trainer, she has years of hands-on experience coaching hundreds of clients, from complete beginners to advanced athletes.
Every Friday morning at 6:30am, Diko leads her signature Abs & Core session at Deportivo, a dynamic 1-hour workout designed to fire up your body and set the tone for the weekend. Her sessions combine three rounds of challenging core work with fun games and surprises that keep every class fresh and engaging. True to her holistic approach, each session finishes with breathwork to improve efficiency, support recovery, and leave you feeling recharged.
Diko’s coaching philosophy goes far beyond aesthetics. She focuses on functional strength, mobility, injury prevention, posture, and building sustainable fitness habits that last a lifetime. Her classes are known for being challenging, varied, and full of positive energy, the kind of workouts where you push your limits but walk away smiling.
In addition to group sessions, Diko regularly hosts ice bath and breathwork experiences, helping members build resilience, accelerate recovery, and strengthen both body and mind.
Whether you join her for group training, mobility work, or recovery sessions, Diko creates an environment where everyone feels supported, motivated, and capable of achieving more than they thought possible.
